Automakers Approve Use of Fuchs Lubricants

Fuchs Lubricants Co., Harvey, IL, has obtained body-in-white approvals from various automakers for its Montgomery DB 4265C drawing compound and Montgomery DB 4265BW blank-wash lubricants. Signing on to the approvals were DaimlerChrysler, Ford Motor, General Motors, International Truck, Nissan and Saturn. With the approvals, automakers recognize that the products meet requirements for formability, corrosion protection, cleanability, stain resistance, weldability, adhesive and sealer compatibility, and prepaint treatment.

Whitecourt Oil North America, Vaughan, Ontario, Canada, has been awarded a four-year chemical and total-fluid-management contract for the TRW/Kelsey Hayes facility in Woodstock, Ontario.
Whitecourt Oil manufactures biostable cutting fluids and offers a full line of metalworking fluids.
Fox Valley Spring Receives Local Award

After posting record sales and growth, Fox Valley Spring Company, Greenville, WI, has received the 2002 Fox Cities Manufacturer of the Year Award. The company, founded in 1989, manufactures custom springs and wire forms. The award comes on the heels of the firm winning the highest manufacturing award in the state-- in February 2001 it earned the Wisconsin Manufacturer of The Year Grand Award.
