Formtek Inc. has formed the Formtek Group, Itasca, IL, to lead the firm’s sales and marketing efforts of its divisions: Cooper Weymouth Peterson, B&K, Dahlstrom, Hill Engineering, Iowa Precision, The Lockformer Co., Rowe, and Yoder Manufacturing. Don Hill, executive vice president, leads the new group, with the assistance of Bob Heilman, director of new market development.

Reko Intl. to Acquire Equity in The Mold Company

Reko International Group, Windsor, Ontario, Canada, will acquire a 49-percent equity interest in TMC (The Mold Company), a Michigan manufacturer of injection molds. Reko is an integrated engineering and manufacturing firm that operates 12 production facilities in Ontario and Michigan for design and manufacture of dies, tooling, metal stampings and molds, as well as its own proprietary line of CNC machining centers.
