Wilson Tool Opens e-Business Center

They can then log on at The e-Business Center provides access to Wilson Tool’s punching, bending and stamping tools. To make orders faster, the e-Business Center allows users to create order templates, especially useful for long-run jobs with little variation in tool orders. Users can obtain quotes, view past orders and invoices, and track tool shipments in real time.

Mittal to Buy Three Stelco Subsidiaries

Mittal Canada Inc. has signed a letter of intent with Ontario-based Stelco Inc. to acquire Norambar Inc., Stelfil Ltd. and Stelwire Ltd. The transaction is expected to close early in 2006. Norambar produces reinforcing bar, merchant bar and automotive leaf spring, Stelfil manufactures high- and low-carbon wire, and Stelwire makes steel-wire products.
