Press-Brake Maker Safan to Develop
New Distribution Network

Finn-Power Oy (a Prima Industrie Group company), Kauhava, Finland, and Safan BV, Lochem, Netherlands, have jointly terminated their press-brake distribution agreement effective January 1, 2011. As a result, Finn-Power will develop its own line of electric and hydraulic press brakes to be distributed worldwide by the Prima/Finn-Power sales organization. Safan BV will distribute its electric and hydraulic press brakes, as well as its shears and robotic press brakes, through its own network of subsidiaries, agents and dealers. Finn-Power will continue to offer after-sale service on its installed base of press brakes.
