Bosch Rexroth to Acquire Pair of Companies

Two German companies will soon be acquired by Bosch Rexroth AG, Lohr, Germany, to strengthen the company’s presence in the machine-tool industry and to further meet demand for a single-source supplier. The firm plans to purchase Interlit Joistgen GmbH, with headquarters in Cologne, Germany; and the associated production company of MSG Maschinen und Stahlbau, Joachimsthal, Germany. Interlit Joistgen manufactures cooling and lubrication systems; MSG is a steel fabricator. Learn more at

BCN Expands Press-Rebuild Facility

BCN Technical Services, Hastings, MI, has completed a 13,000-sq.-ft. addition to its press-refurbishing and assembly plant. The addition includes a 15-ton overhead crane and loading dock and allows the company to create a secure area separate from its main floor for working on presses that require customer confidentiality. BCN repairs, upgrades, rebuilds and remanufactures mechanical and hydraulic presses to OEM standards;
