Aida, Dayton, OH, named Midwest Machinery Sales, LLP, Fremont, IN, its distributor for Northern Ohio. The firm has Ohio offices in Toledo and Cleveland. It will represent Aida’s range of mechanical press products and turnkey packages, and independent lines for press automation, coil and material-handling systems, conveyor products and press controls.
Machine Builder Hydrapower Expanding in SD

Hydrapower International Inc. announced plans to move from its 13,000-sq.-ft. facility in Palmetto, GA, to a new 65,000-sq.-ft. facility in Huron, SD, scheduled for completion in January 2005. The move will help the supplier of press brakes, shears and stamping presses (straight-side models to 1000 tons, C-frame to 750 tons) meet demand for large machines. It recently received an order for a 50-ft. by 2000-ton press brake. Learn more at
