New Arku Facility Houses Leveling Test Center

Arku Coil Systems, originally established in Detroit, MI, in 2004, has opened its new facility in Cincinnati, OH, to accommodate the rapidly growing North American operations of the expanding German company. The facility houses a leveling test center where customers can run leveling tests of their sheetmetal parts on a variety of levelers. Also available is an assembly area where Arku can retrofit older levelers to bring them up to speed.

Schuler, Positech to Provide Laminating Presses

An agreement between Schuler Inc., Canton, MI, and Positech, Lexington, TN, has Schuler supplying the mechanical portions of Models N8C and N20C manually operated notchers, and Positech integrating its Compuslot controls and servo-drive technology to provide presses used to produce electric-motor laminations. Schuler will handle the spare-parts, service and retrofit programs for the presses. It’s also responsible for sales and marketing of N8C and N20C Compuslot notchers, as well as the service of all existing and new Positech notching presses installed in North America. Learn more at
