ESI Group Acquisition Expands its Reach

ESI Group, a simulation-software developer based in Paris, France, and with a U.S. sales and technical office in Shelby Township, MI, has acquired a controlling stake in Vibro-Acoustic Sciences (VAS), San Diego, CA. VAS produces digital simulation software for high-frequency noise and vibration engineering. The acquisition helps ESI diversify its business outside of the automotive sector and into other industries such as aerospace and defense. New Inductive-Sensor Company Formed
