Bosch Rexroth Launches
Service Automation Division

The newly formed Bosch Rexroth Service Automation division should be fully operational in January 2003, a move designed to unify U.S. field service and training for end-use and OEM customers in factory automation. The division will integrate service for four existing divisions—Industrial Hydraulics, Electric Drives and Controls, Linear Motion and Assembly Technologies, and Pneumatics. Its portfolio of services will include a customer help desk, field service, repair service, spare parts supply, retrofit and modernization, and training.
