Private investment firm The Watermill Group, Lexington, MA, has acquired two manufacturers of metal tubing—Fine Tubes Ltd., Plymouth, UK, and Superior Tube Co. Inc., Collegeville, PA. Fine Tubes supplies the European market with seamless, welded and welded-and-drawn tubes of stainless steel, nickel, titanium and zirconium alloys; www.finetubes.co.uk/.
