for Creative Use of High-Strength Steel

Swedish Steel AB has honored Su-Dan Corp., Rochester Hills, MI, with an annual award recognizing the company that exhibits the most innovative use of ultra-high-strength steel. Su-Dan topped 129 other companies and three other finalists in achieving the co-first-place finish.
Su-Dan produces metal and injection-molded plastic parts for automotive, appliance and other industries.
Dieffenbacher to Open Service Location in China

Following recent establishment of a spare-parts stock facility in Windsor, Ontario, Canada, Dieffenbacher, Eppingen, Germany, continues developing a worldwide reach with the announcement of a new service location in Beijing, China. The press-systems developer also will open a wear-and-tear parts stock facility in Beijing this year.
Also, Dieffenbacher has appointed Andy Hang as chief representative and vice president of Dieffenbacher Asia Pacific.
