VW Broaching Service, Inc., Chicago, IL, has acquired Broach and Fixture Renewal Service, Inc., Harvey, IL. The addition of staff and equipment allows VW Broaching to provide complete broaching services from initial design to final part production, in one location.

Enprotech Forms Sales Agreement
with Graebener Maschinentechnik

Enprotech Mechanical Services (EMS) Inc., Lansing, MI, has reached a long-term sales-representation agreement with Graebener Maschinentechnik GmbH, Netphen-Werthenbach, Germany, to cover joint activities in the United States, Canada and Mexico.
The agreement covers tubular-hydroforming and hydromechanical-sheet-hydroforming press and tooling programs. Products under the agreement will be marketed in North America under the Verson-Graebener (Division of Enprotech Mechanical Services Inc.) banner and will be manufactured and assembled in North America or Germany, depending upon prevailing circumstances or customer preference.
