Stamping punches and dies will be manufactured more efficiently than ever at Impax Tooling Solutions, a division of Wilson Tool Intl., White Bear Lake, MN, thanks to new CNC machinery added to the firm’s metalworking facility. Impax special shapes are available with CNC straight-line grinding to minimize friction, dimpling, metal pickup and galling, all of which helps to maximize punch life.
