Unist Under New Ownership, Keeps it All in the Family

Lubrication-system manufacturer Unist, Inc., Grand Rapids, MI, has transitioned to new ownership, as Chuck Boelkins has purchased the company from his father, Wally. Rollforming Companies Unite

Roll Forming Corp. (RFC), Shelbyville, KY, has acquired Sharon Custom Metal Forming (SCMF), Farrell, PA, a supplier of custom rollformed and welded shapes. RFC is a member of the Profilform Division of voestalpine AG, Krems, Austria, and operates rollforming facilities in Shelbyville and in Jefferson, IN. SCMF, which celebrated its 10th anniversary last year, employs more than 50 and has annual sales of $20 million. Magna Sticks with Simulation-Software Provider
