Roll Forming Corp. (RFC), Shelbyville, KY, has acquired Sharon Custom Metal Forming (SCMF), Farrell, PA, a supplier of custom rollformed and welded shapes. RFC is a member of the Profilform Division of voestalpine AG, Krems, Austria, and operates rollforming facilities in Shelbyville and in Jefferson, IN. SCMF, which celebrated its 10th anniversary last year, employs more than 50 and has annual sales of $20 million. RFC, which celebrated its 60th anniversary last year, employs 250 and has annual sales in excess of $70 million. More at
