Research Tool & Die Works, Carson, CA, a manufacturer of wireways and other hardware for marine electrical systems, has installed a 225-kW solar system from SolarCity. The firm expects the system to slice $848 from its monthly electricity bill. SolarCity worked with RT&D to provide its Power Purchase Agreement zero-down financing option for small businesses.
