We are not experiencing a noticeable pickup in business, just working hard to stay afloat.
Business has picked up and profitability has returned, however rather than recall workers we are using temps or working overtime.
Business has picked up, we have recalled some workers and returned to profitability, but are not quite ready to invest in new training or capital equipment initiatives.
Profitability is strengthening and we expect to soon be able to invest in our company via new workforce training and/or new capital equipment.
