New ERP Release Keys on Customer-Inspired Advancements

Quick Internet access to key customer metrics, customizable credit management and workflow, and simulation tools for material and capacity planning represent just a sampling of the customer-inspired advancements available from WorkWise with the latest release of its RB-ERP Version 9.6 software.

With v 9.6, WorkWise, Menomonee Falls, WI, includes a new web-based quotation application that includes access to the RB-ERP product configurator. It allows salespeople to develop simple quotes for complex products in seconds. A new sales-rep portal, also browser-based, provides a complete view of all customer information including opportunities, order history and invoices.

With the software’s capacity-planning simulation application, users can conduct “what-if” scenarios based on data extracted from the live database, or imported from external sources such as spreadsheets. Material and capacity constraints can be manipulated for each simulation to determine the most cost-effective use of resources. Also new: advanced credit-management functions and expanded search capabilities.
