Michigan Fabricator Adds 6000-W Laser-Cutting Machine

Metal fabricator Prototech Laser, Inc., Chesterfield, MI, has installed a Trumpf TruLaser 5030 6-kW laser-cutting machine to enhance its capabilities for customers in the defense, automotive and other industrial markets. The machine can cut mild and stainless steel to 1 in. thick and aluminum to 0.60 in.
