NASG Acquires Alex Products

North American Stamping Group (NASG), a leading Tier-Two automotive stamping and assembly supplier, announced its acquisition of Alex Products (AP). With three manufacturing facilities and a technical center in Ohio, AP is a provider of critical seat structures and components.
The combined companies will total 10 manufacturing facilities, two technical centers, and one sales office, with more than 1.6 million sq. ft., 2000 associates and $450 million in annual sales.
