Greenerd Press & Machine Co. will showcase its hydraulic-press and automation capabilities, while the company’s application experts and design engineers will be available to discuss specific user applications and press requirements.

Unique applications include a Greenerd-designed and -built transfer line for an automotive company. The line (pictured) includes three stations that draw, redraw and punch a component, and features 250-ton draw presses and a 150-ton punch press. Line speeds exceed 2000 in./min.

The company’s extensive hydraulic line range from gap-frame and straightside to die-spotting and forging presses, with unlimited size and tonnage capabilities.

Also, Greenerd is a Fanuc Tier-One industrial authorized robot-system integrator. The partnership gives Greenerd full access to the comprehensive offerings of Fanuc robots, including all models, training and support, and allows for development of state-of-the-art automation solutions in short timeframes.
