Third-generation metalforming company EJ Ajax & Sons, Fridley, MN, has acquired Swirtz Tool & Manufacturing, Blaine, MN. Owner Paul Swirtz has joined EJ Ajax and is working in the toolroom to help the company continue to expand its inhouse tooling capabilities.
