Weartech Intl., Anaheim, CA, a manufacturer of cobalt-based hardfacing and wear-resistant welding consumables, has been acquired by Lincoln Electric, Cleveland, OH. The add-on to Lincoln’s consumables portfolio enhances its presence in the high-growth energy and process-chemical market segments.
