Dover Hydraulics Acquires Metal-Fab Shop

Dover Hydraulics, Dover, OH, specialists in hydraulic-equipment service and repair, has acquired Gross Welders and Fabricators, New Philadelphia, OH, and renamed the company Dover Fabrication and Burn, Inc. The acquisition will allow Dover to expand its inhouse and portable welding services, and grow its metal-fabrication offerings. The firm serves customers in the gas, oil, steel, mining and construction industries.
