Coe Press Equipment, Sterling Heights, MI, has upgraded its ServoMaster Series roll feeds with a new ServoMaster 3 controller, based on an integrated Yaskawa MP940 servo-drive and motion-control package that improves quality and reliability. The new control system provides users a true digital solution and full integration of critical components, while the new drive provides higher performance and material capacity.

Other benefits of the ServoMaster 3 controller include a 500-job memory function, S-curve acceleration for improved accuracy, 16 inputs and outputs with eight programmable outputs for SP version, and the ability to expand to 16 programmable outputs.

ServoMaster Series roll feeds are offered in a variety of sizes from 2.25- to 4.0-in. roll diameter and roll widths from 6 to 54 in., for material 0.010 to 0.310 in. thick.
