United Performance Metals Adds Laser Cutting to its Resume

United Performance Metals, Hamilton, OH, a supplier of specialty stainless-steel and high-temperature alloys, has forged a joint venture that allows it to include laser-beam cutting on its list of value-added processing capabilities. Its partner company operates three laser-cutting machines—two Trumpf models and a machine from Cincinnati Inc. Other services from UPM include cut-to-length, leveling, shearing, slitting, edging, sawing and waterjet cutting.
