C&A Tool Engineering, Inc., Churubusco, IN, has acquired the former Dana engine-parts facility in Churubusco, to accommodate future company growth. The company, which operates a 200,000-sq.-ft. headquarters and production machining facility as well as a newly acquired 105,000-sq.-ft. facility in nearby Auburn, IN, employs 530, and manufactures molds and dies, specialty tooling and tightly toleranced precision machined parts from prototype runs to production runs.
