Fedtech Inc., Mounds View, MN, a metal-fabricating job shop specializing in custom manufacturing services including waterjet and laser cutting, has acquired a Bystronic Beyeler Xpert 320 press brake, rated to 352 tons of force. The machine boasts 29 in. of open height—ideal for fabrication of deep boxes or lengthy flanges; an 18-in. stroke; and hydraulic tool clamping for quick setup and process flexibility.

The Xpert 320 is coupled with Bystronic’s Bybend graphical CAM software that permits direct importing of DXF, DWG and IGES files. Fedtech paired the Xpert with precision-ground standard-style tooling from Wila Intl.
