The Centricut brand of Hypertherm Inc., Hanover, NH, has announced the availability of 275-A consumables for InnerLogic (Kaliburn) ProLine 2260 and FineLine 260 plasma-arc-cutting systems.

The consumables offering includes two Hypertherm innovations—SilverLine electrodes and patent-pending CoolFlow nozzles—along with swirl rings and shield caps that reportedly increase consumable life by as much as 100 percent. The new consumables join five other ProLine consumable sets—50-, 70-, 100-, 150- and 200-A versions—introduced last year.

SilverLine electrodes feature a solid silver front end welded to a copper electrode base, with a hafnium pin inserted into the silver. CoolFlow nozzle technology, on the other hand, offers improved conduction cooling, O-ring cooling and seal reliability. Additionally, flow stagnation and leaks into the plasma chamber are eliminated.
