Lincoln Electric Holdings, Inc., Cleveland, OH, promoted Vincent K. Petrella, senior vice president and CFO, and George Blankenship, senior vice president, global engineering and U.S. operations, to expanded roles within the company. Petrella takes on responsibility for Lincoln Electric of Canada, including sales, marketing and operations. Blankenship becomes president, Lincoln Cleveland, taking on marketing, sales and operations responsibility for the firm’s major domestic operations.

Epicor Software Corp., Irvine, CA, a provider of enterprise business software, named Thomas Kelly president and chief executive officer. Kelly succeeds George Klaus, who continues serving as executive chairman of the board.

Drew Stevens

Balluff, Inc., Florence, KY, named Drew Stevens business development support specialist for metalforming. Balluff, the U.S. subsidiary of Balluff GmbH, Neuhausen, Germany, manufactures inductive, optical, capacitive and magnetic sensors, linear position transducers and ID systems.

Laser Mechanisms, Farmington Hills, MI, named Mark Taggart managing director North American operations, and Glenn Golightly managing director Pacific Rim operations. The firm manufactures laser-beam delivery components and articulated-arm systems.

Makino, Auburn Hills, MI, hired Andre Ey as vice president of its Die Mold Technologies Group.

ABC Metals, a service center for nonferrous alloys, named Joe H. Loudenback North American sales manager.
