Vero Acquires Sescoi International

Vero Software, a provider of CAD/CAM/CAE software, has acquired Sescoi International, provider of WorkNC CAD/CAM software for NC machining, and WorkPlan ERP software. Sescoi partners and resellers will join the Vero global distribution network.
