Anchor Fabrication, Ltd., Fort Worth, TX, has acquired all of the assets and operations of DaveCo Industries, Inc., Garland, TX. Anchor, family owned, operates four locations in North Texas with more than 300,000 combined sq. ft. and more than 400 employee. It will continue to operate DaveCo at its current facility under the DaveCo Industries name and will retain all employees, including Mark Helterbrand as vice president of business development.
