HK Metalcraft Acquires Gasket and Lock Line, Among Other Products

ISO- and TS-approved precision metal stamper HK Metalcraft Manufacturing Corp., Lodi, NJ, has acquired certain assets of BEC Manufacturing Corp., Saddle Brook, NJ. Included is BEC’s gasket and lock line, electrical-tubing line and several military-industry products. BEC’s assets related to these product lines will move to HK Metalcraft’s facility, and BEC’s former owner and CEO Bart Sciaino will act as a consultant to foster a smooth transition. HK Metalcraft specializes in the manufacture of spring washers, folded metal gaskets, shallow drawn cups and cup washers.
