Global PE firm Francisco Partners has announced the pending acquisition of ERP-software provider Plex Systems from a group of shareholders. “We believe Plex Systems has the potential to lead the transition to cloud ERP for manufacturers,” says Francisco Partners’ Petri Oksanen.
