The Photonics Tech Briefs edition of NASA Tech Briefs presented its Product of the Year award to Hypertherm, Hanover, NH, for its HyIntensity HFL015 fiber-laser cutting system. Judges highlighted key capabilities of the 1.5-kW system, designed specifically for cutting and marking.
