Steel-wire and bar manufacturer Taubensee Steel & Wire Co., Wheeling, IL, has reorganized its inside-sales service department into a new customer relations department, under the direction of customer relations manager Kris Mikkelson. The new department more accurately depicts the firm’s commitment to developing long-term partnerships with its customers and its outside sales force.
