Concept Machine Tool Sales, Inc., a machine-tool distributor in Minneapolis, MN, appointed Tom Wandmacher vice president of its fabrication and stamping division.

Evans Tool & Die, Inc./ Evans Metal Stamping, Inc., Decatur, GA, appointed Deanne (Dee) Barnes chief executive officer and president. Barnes is a granddaughter of the company founder, Leonard Evans Jr.

Olympic Steel, Inc., Cleveland, OH, promoted Andrew S. Greiff from vice president of specialty metals to president of specialty metals. He’ll oversee the firm’s sales and distribution of stainless steel and aluminum products. Also promoted: Raymond Walker, from vice president of the Eastern Region to senior vice president of the Eastern Region; Michael J. Cedoz, from general manager of the firm’s Detroit division to vice president of automotive; and Terry J. Rohde, from general manager of the Chicago division to general manager of the company’s new facility in Gary, IN.

Magnet Applications, Newton, KS, a subsidiary of Bunting Magnetics Co., added Pete Lipetzky as general manager of its facility in DuBois, PA. The firm manufactures bonded magnets and assemblies.

Specialty metals slitter and distributor Almetals, Inc., Wixom, MI, hired David Foley as assistant production manager. He’ll manage material shipping and receiving for the firm’s headquarters operation and for its secondary plant in Georgia.

ITW Muller, Arlington Heights, IL, named Rob Payne industry manager, selling the company’s stretch-wrap equipment and film to OEMs/integrators and key distributors in the western portion of the United States and Canada.

Rockford Toolcraft, Inc., Rockford, IL, promoted Thomas A. Busse to president, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company. He previously served as vice president of the company, a supplier of heavy-gauge stampings and dies.

Central Steel and Wire Co., Chicago, IL, appointed Steve Letnich vice president of sales and chief marketing officer. The service center provides sheet, plate, bar, structural shapes, pipe and tubing from a variety of alloys, and offers a slew of processing services.

Bunting Magnetics Co., Newton, KS, has hired three design engineers within its technical services department: Matthew Mason, Cory Dreiling and Brandon Bousquet. All three will work on the firm’s material-handling product line.

Deep-draw stamper Scotland Mfg., Inc., Laurinburg, NC, appointed Matt Hunt director of business development. The firm specializes in cold-rolled shell technology, supplying the filtration industry as well as providing stampings to the automotive, construction, rail and aerospace industries.
