A.T. Wall Co., Warwick, RI, a subsidiary of ATW Companies, has acquired Metalform Co., New Britain, CT, specialists in deep drawing, stamping and fabrication of pistol magazines. ATW Companies and its subsidiaries provide precision CNC machining, metal injection molding, laser cutting and stamping services for a variety of industries.
