Industrial Magnetics, Inc., Boyne City, MI, promoted Dennis O’Leary to general manager. O’Leary previously served the firm, a manufacturer of magnetic components and assemblies, as director of sales and marketing.

AMP Machinery Systems, Inc., Carol Stream, IL, added Ron Bochat to its sales team, to represent its current line of products— presses, coil-handling equipment, transfer systems, conveyors, etc.—and also expand its reach into rollforming and tube and pipe fabrication. Bochat will sell in Illinois and Iowa.

Conveyor manufacturer Dorner Mfg. Corp., Hartland, WI, appointed Carlyn Bargemann west region sales manager. Working from Huntington Beach, CA, she’ll work with the firm’s sales-channel partners and key accounts to grow its industrial- and sanitary-conveyor business.

Hobart Brothers, Troy, OH, elected Jennifer Monnin to the board of directors of the Hobart Institute of Welding Technology. Monnin is general manager of the company’s North American Tubular Wire Division.

MultiCam, Inc., Dallas, TX, named Tony McGrew director of engineering and technical services. The firm manufactures CNC laser, plasma, waterjet and other types of cutting machines.

Stolle Machinery, Centennial, CO, named John Kassel chief technology officer. He’ll oversee all engineering activities for the company, including new-product development, design for manufacturability and sustainability, and engineering change management. Stolle provides capital equipment and services to the beverage-, food- and consumer-container industries, including draw-redraw press lines.

Okuma America Corp., Charlotte, NC, promoted Lisa Rummel from vice president of finance to chief financial officer. Rummel became the company’s first female vice president when she was named vice president of finance in April 2007, and now becomes the first female officer within the global corporation, founded in 1898 in Nagoya, Japan.
