Robert Beatty, founder and chairman of Plexus Systems, Inc., Auburn Hills, MI, has been named 2007 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year for the Central Great Lakes Division in the information technology/software category.
Judging criteria included company financial performance, strategic direction and product innovation, company leadership including personal integrity, values and key employee initiatives, and community involvement.
