Prima Industrie Absorbs Former Convergent Laser Division of Prima NA

Chicopee, MA is the home of Prima Industrie Electro North America, a new organization encompassing the former Convergent Laser division of Prima North America. Prima Electro will continue to design, manufacture, sell and service the Convergent brand of high-power laser sources for industrial applications worldwide, and the OSAI brand of CNC and general motion-control products, according to company president Terry L. VanderWert.
