Seyi (Shieh Yih Machinery), Taipei, Taiwan, named Elaine Wu chief financial officer and appointed Michael Madden president of Seyi-America, Inc. Madden fills a position vacated by Claire Kuo in July 2009 when she was named company CEO; he’ll be based in California.
