Dear Mr. Kuvin:

I was pleased to read Michael Bleau’s article (Earned Success: A Case for Hard Knocks, The Business of Metalforming, May 2011 issue of MetalForming), and his reality-based discussion of “rewarding performance” and production, rather than “lowering the bar to make exceptions.” I make that same point as often as I can, and did so in a recent Fox News story.
