Precision-Machining Companies Merge

Integrated Manufacturing Group, LLC (IMG), Livermore, CA, merged two precision machining and electro-mechanical assembly companies that it has owned as separate entities since March 2005. The two companies that now are one: Niles Machine and Tool Works, LLC, Niles, MI, and Pacific Production Engineering Consulting, LLC, Palo Alto, CA. The merger aims to create a more efficient, competitive and service-oriented organization, say company officials.
