Plex Receives $6 Million Shot in the Arm

ERP-software provider Plex Systems, Inc., Auburn Hills, MI, announced it has received a $6 million equity investment from numerous sources, including $5 million from private equity firm Apax Partners, as well as investments from company management and its founding investors. Plex provides a software-as-a-service ERP solution for manufacturers called Plex Online.
