Wintriss Management Team Agrees to Acquire Company

Wintriss Controls Group LLC, Acton, MA, has agreed to acquire Honeywell Wintriss Controls, led by the current management team of Mark Hatch, Dick LaBelle, Andy Baker, Ashok Bhide and Dawn Whelpley. The company will continue to operate from its current location, manufacturing press-automation controls, safety clutch/brake controls, safety light curtains and data-collection software.
