FlatMaster precision leveler produce dead-flat parts from laser- and flame-cut steel as thick as 2 in. The servo-hydraulic leveler features small roller spacing and roller diameter to eliminate residual stress in one pass. Hydraulic gap control ensures consistent results even when material cross-section changes. And, leveling rollers can be changed and the unit thoroughly cleaned in minutes.
