Dayton Progress will introduce a variety of new products at the FABTECH & AWS Welding Show including METALFORM exhibition, including its DaySet compound tooling sets, Cumsa in-die marking tools, JIS die springs, thread-form tools, DayStrip steel stripper units and the innovative DayLube nano ceramic lubricating grease. DaySet is a complete system for producing washers in a single-step operation without a progressive die. Cumsa marking tools, which provide traceability for sheetmetal parts, can be surface mounted in a die, mounted in a pocket, or cam mounted for angular surfaces.
