Meet Automation Service Engineering (ASE), Detroit, MI, a new company specializing in field servicing of factory automation-control systems. The company provides a key-contact single-source responsibility for control-system design and onsite field-service engineering. Its field engineers have system-design experience so that the same engineer selected to design the system also performs all onsite work and new-technology upgrades.
ASE services include 24-hr. emergency service, custom conversions for legacy products to new technologies, preventive-maintenance programs and technical training.
