Seilkop Industries Acquires Armor Metals Burn and Grind Shop

Armor Metal Group, Mason, OH, has sold one of its plants to Seilkop Industries, Inc., Cincinnati, OH. The 40,000-sq.-ft. facility offers job-shop burning and grinding services, and complements Seilkop’s four other businesses: A-G Tool and Die, L & H Tool and Die, Hitech Shapes and Designs, and Epcor Foundries.
