Waukesha Tool & Stamping Acquires Parkview Metal Products

To add fabrication and robotic welding to its list of capabilities as well as expand its metal stamping and assembly capabilities, Waukesha Tool & Stamping, Sussex, WI, acquired Parkview Metal Products, Lake Zurich, IL. The two companies, combined fully, have been renamed Waukesha Metal Products. Management expects to hire additional employees at both of its facilities—20 new employees in the fabrication department and 15 in stamping.
